How a Goofy Dance Changed It All

The other day, my sister asked me to babysit for her almost 2 year old daughter, Adriana. My sister had to go somewhere important and just like any toddler (well she's still my baby), Yana is so attached to her mommy. I told my sister to quickly leave and I'll distract my niece. When my sister finally left her house, drama started. Yana was screaming and crying and throwing tantrums! I tried to show her Elmo and Barney and it didn't work. I tried to give her milk but she pushed it away. I really tried, until my saving grace came. There was music on TV and I started doing a goofy dance. Adriana looked at me with awe and started laughing out so loud!!! IT WORKED except that I looked like a complete fool! After that, me and Yana had a greeeaat day until she got really tired from all the games we played. She actually gave me a workout too. Kid has potential :)

Let me make the message of this short, sweet and simple. The lesson I learned here is that if you are persistent in achieving your goals, and if you are willing to do the work ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. My mind was so focused in finding a way to make her stop crying. I knew that I needed to find that solution! And it came in a way of a GOOFY DANCE! Just like in my training program, anything is possible. If somebody is genuinely willing to push you hard and will be committed to your success, won't you do it? If somebody can give you 10% of the equation and motivate you to reach new heights 100%, won't you take it? If somebody will set his goals according to what you want and believe in your capacity to achieve, why not give it a fighting shot right?

Snap out of it, quit procrastinating, take massive action and spread the word TODAY! You are one step away from achieving something. I'm sure you don't have to let me do a goofy dance, because the Train Like a Boxer program is my dance. One day at a time, one punch, one step, ONE GOAL, ONE FIGHT!

p.s.
That picture of Yana above was taken by my brother who loves photography. Yana actually makes a fist and says "POWER"! I love it... How about you? When are you going to bump fists with me and start discovering "that power"? I suggest you start doing it TODAY!
